Monday Mar 14, 2022
Monday Mar 14, 2022
In this episode I talk with Daniel Jones, elite runner based in windy Wellington who is both a machine on the road and the trails. Dan has also dabbled in multisport completing the Coast-to-Coast longest day and has also competed internationally in adventure racing. Recently, Dan has been going from win to win taking out the Kepler Challenge in January, and then a week later winning Auckland marathon, and more recently winning the Triple peaks challenge (not to mention also winning Mission Mount Somers and The Valley Ultra to finish off 2021). We discuss some of Dan's recent running highlights, his upcoming international races, the highs and lows of training, and his running coaching.
