Welcome back to episode 49 of the Nourish Your Potential podcast. In this episode I’m lucky enough to catch up with Julia Chamberlain who is becoming quite the name within NZ running events. Julia has had a really strong few years both in multisport and running with a respectable list of wins and course records in the last 12 months with a real breakthrough performance at Tarawera 100km in February making top 10 women in an extremely competitive field. We talk about Julia’s time growing up in rural Darfield, reflect back on her race at Tarawera and taking the female BYU course record last October, as well as her work-life balance, views on nutrition and much more. It was so nice to have a decent catch up and learn more about her experiences and drive. We really hope you enjoy it!
