Welcome to episode 11. This episode is my second in the 'bite-sized' series where I discuss a specific topic in a bite-sized chunk. This episode is part two following on from episode seven.
In this episode I discuss some of the other eating disorders, including Bulimia nervosa, diabulmia, binge eating disorder (BED), avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) and other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED). The purpose of these episodes is to open up conversations and remove the stigma that still unfortunately exists around mental health, especially eating disorders.

In this episode I talk with Daniel Jones, elite runner based in windy Wellington who is both a machine on the road and the trails. Dan has also dabbled in multisport completing the Coast-to-Coast longest day and has also competed internationally in adventure racing. Recently, Dan has been going from win to win taking out the Kepler Challenge in January, and then a week later winning Auckland marathon, and more recently winning the Triple peaks challenge (not to mention also winning Mission Mount Somers and The Valley Ultra to finish off 2021). We discuss some of Dan's recent running highlights, his upcoming international races, the highs and lows of training, and his running coaching.
